The Best Gluten-Free Savory Muffin I made so far!
I missed the Shavuot holidays…. But I just have to post those.
After my dad tasted them, he wrote me this:
“Your muffins are fantastic,
So bad you can’t patent them,
You would have made millions.”
From his lips to god’s ears, Amen.
And meanwhile, I will share this recipe here, for free!
Because I am in a generous mood 😊
Those are gluten-free savory muffins,
four ingredients only!
Mix and into the oven it goes.
The key ingredient here is quick oats.
The more you add the more it resembles a bread like bun.
When a small amount is added it will be more pie like.
We have here a simple but versatile muffin, and it’s really
a matter of choice and the type of meal you are preparing.
Here I used 1 cup of quick oats and I got the perfect pie like muffin.
This recipe is one of simplicity yet amazing taste using only basic foods.
Keeping it gluten-free and satisfying.
My friends adopted it as a lunch bag meal together with a small salad.
It has traveled by ear so you might have heard about it already 😉
The basil may be supplemented by any other greens,
Such as coriander, chard, parsley, green onions or a combination of them etc.
I beg my vegan readers forgiveness, for I didn’t manage to find
a proper replacement for the cheese nor the eggs, except a totally new creation,
which I will probably post as the time comes.
But now,
I urge you to go give them a try,
To your health!
